Being a good listener as a leader is critical

Be your own coach, do what you would tell yourself to do

Focus on one thing, do the thing that you are already doing that makes the most output for the least amount of input

Dont get distracted by the girl in the red dress (the temptations)

All the boring stuff that you know you should be doing is the stuff that you need to do to stay on the road to success

Focus on one thing because when you do it makes it unreasonable to fail

Everyone fails because they want to move fast, build the foundation first then try to build up

Better is leverage, better gets you more for what you put in

Boring but BETTER

If you do nothing new, but only what you already know (your self coach says), you will make more money in 12 months than you could imagine.

You work works on you more than you work on it

Once you see results dont stop doing what you were doing just because you get satisfied with results stay committed to yourself because you made a commitment to yourself to commit regardless of results
